Use the Error Log, bookmarks and collections
Updated
Your bookmarks are in Collections > Bookmarks, and every question you've got wrong is in the Error Log. Open either one to reread a question's explanation, or practice the questions again.
Collections are lists of questions you build yourself. Bookmarks is the one every account starts with.
The Error Log
Click Error Log in the top menu. On smaller screens and phones, it's under More.
It lists every wrong answer from your study sessions, Review Labs and practice tests, newest first. A practice test's mistakes appear once you finish the test. Each card shows the question's difficulty, your time on it, its domain and the date.
- Filter: pick a Difficulty, Domain or Skill to find a pattern in your mistakes.
- Reread: click a question to open it where you answered it, with its explanation.
- Replay: click Review to start a Review Lab on the domain or skill you've filtered to. See What is a Review Lab?
Bookmark a question
In a study session, Review Lab or practice test, click the bookmark icon at the top of the question. A menu called Add to collection opens: click Bookmarks, or any collection you've made. On a phone, tap More options (the 3 dots), then Bookmark.
The icon is filled when the question is in any of your collections. Signed in, bookmarking a question in the free question bank works the same way.
Your bookmarks live on the Collections page: click More, then Collections. Bookmarks is always first there. You can't rename or delete it, and it has no size limit.
Make a collection
- From a question: in Add to collection, click New Collection, type a name and click Add. The question goes straight into it.
- From the Collections page: click New Collection, type a name and click Create.
A collection holds up to 60 questions, and its name up to 40 characters. On a collection's page you can filter its questions, remove one with the trash icon, rename or delete the collection, or copy a share link. Anyone with the link can see the collection's questions, its name and your name.
Practice a collection again
Open a collection and click Start Practice, or click any question to start from it. Questions come in the order you added them. For Bookmarks, practice uses the 60 you added most recently.
If you leave, Start Practice picks up where you stopped. To start over, click the restart arrow at the top of the session.
Collection practice works like a study session you start yourself:
- Each answer uses your weekly question allowance on the Free plan. See Free plan limits.
- It doesn't count toward your plan completion or the Lock-In Challenge.
- A question you've answered before doesn't change your mastery or score estimate. See Do questions ever repeat?
Why the counts differ
The Error Log usually lists more mistakes than a Review Lab has left to review. That's expected. The Error Log keeps every wrong answer as a record: a question you missed twice appears twice, and a question you later got right stays. A Review Lab only replays the mistakes you haven't fixed yet.
Frequently asked questions
The bookmark icon fills when a question is in any collection, not only Bookmarks. Open Add to collection on that question to see which collections it's in. If it's in none, tell the AI tutor or see Contact Aniko support so we can look into it.
No. Mark for Review in a practice test flags a question so you can find it again during that test. To keep a question for later, click the bookmark icon and add it to a collection.
The Error Log lists mistakes from your study sessions, Review Labs and practice tests. Practice in Free Resources is kept separately. To keep a question from the free question bank, bookmark it while signed in.
No. There's no export or print option. To keep a set of questions together, add them to a collection, and use its share link to send them to someone.
Yes, if you click Start Practice on the collection. No, if you start a Review Lab with Bookmarks ticked: Review Labs don't use your question allowance on any plan.
