Contact Aniko support

Updated

Email hello@aniko.ai for anything about your account, billing, the Score Guarantee or a problem in the app. We aim to reply within 24 hours, every day of the week.

What to include

  • The email address on your Aniko account.
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen.
  • When it happened, and on which page.
  • A screenshot, if something looked wrong.

Please don't send sign-in codes, payment card details or identity documents by email.

Other ways to get help

  • The AI tutor: it answers questions about your account and plan any time, and it can also pass a report on to our team. See What can the AI tutor do?
  • Your settings: change your email, the emails you get or your privacy choices yourself in Settings. See Manage your account.
  • Discord: ask other students and the team. Keep account and billing questions to email, so they stay private.
  • A wrong question or explanation: click the flag at the top of the question (Something look off?; on a phone, it's in the ⋮ menu). Our team looks into reports and fixes questions that turn out to be wrong.

Is it a bug?

Some things that look like bugs are how Aniko works: questions repeating in a Review Lab, a test that submitted itself when the timer ran out, or a limit that reset on Monday. Search the Help Center first. If the answer doesn't match what you see, email us.
