Upgrade or switch your plan
Updated
You can upgrade from the Free plan, or switch to another paid plan or billing period, in Settings. A switch applies right away. For what each plan includes, see Aniko plans compared.
Upgrade from the Free plan
- Go to Settings and click Upgrade plan.
- Choose Weekly or Monthly billing.
- On the plan you want, click Start 3-day free trial or Upgrade now, and complete checkout.
Start 3-day free trial appears when a free trial is open to you. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Switch a paid plan
- Go to Settings and click Switch plan.
- Choose Weekly or Monthly billing. On the plan you want, click Upgrade, Downgrade, Switch to Monthly or Switch to Weekly.
- Check what you'll pay today, or the credit you'll get, and your new price. Then click Confirm switch.
Your new plan starts as soon as you confirm.
Note
If a payment failed, Switch plan is hidden until it's paid. Update your payment method with Manage billing in Settings.
What you pay
- An upgrade charges the prorated difference today, based on the time left in your current period.
- A move to a cheaper plan turns the difference for the time left into credit toward your next payments.
- A change between weekly and monthly billing starts a new billing period today. You pay the new price, minus a credit for the unused part of your current period.
- During a free trial, switching costs nothing until the trial ends. Then you pay the new plan's price.
Important
If you've cancelled and your plan is set to end, switching plans turns renewal back on. Cancel again afterwards if you still want it to end.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Go to Settings, click Switch plan, choose Monthly and click Switch to Monthly on your plan. Your first monthly payment is charged today, minus a credit for the unused part of your current week. On Essential, your allowance becomes a monthly one, which counts everything you've used since the 1st.
Yes. Essential doesn't include the Score Guarantee, and the guarantee needs Premium, Unfair Advantage or eligible sponsored access to stay active until you claim. If you may claim, stay on your plan until you've sent your claim. See How does the Score Guarantee work?
