Feeling burned out? Take a rest day or lighten your plan

Updated

Rest is part of SAT prep. When you're exhausted, practice gets slower and less useful, so a day off or a lighter plan often helps you more than pushing through.

Take a day off

Missing a day isn't a disaster. The tasks stay on their day, and you can finish them later. See Missed a study day, or need a lighter one?

Lighten your plan

In Study Plan Settings, under Intensity, choose fewer study days or fewer questions a day. A plan you can keep up with beats a heavy one you skip. Saving starts an updated plan, and your plan completion starts again at 0%. See Change your study plan settings.

You can also ask the AI tutor to change your study days for you.

Talk to someone

If you still feel worn out after some rest, or school and SAT prep feel like too much, talk to a parent or your school counselor. If you feel hopeless or unsafe, see Where to get help if you're struggling.
