Where to get help if you're struggling

Updated

If you're thinking about hurting yourself, or you don't feel safe, reach out now. Call or text 988 in the US or Canada, or call your local emergency number. You don't have to go through this alone.

Talk to someone today

  • US and Canada: call or text 988, any time. In the US, you can also chat at 988lifeline.org.
  • UK and Ireland: call Samaritans on 116 123, any time.
  • Anywhere else: find a free helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.
  • In an emergency: call your local emergency number, such as 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK or 112 in much of Europe.

Tell someone you trust

A parent, a family member, a teacher or your school counselor can help in ways an app can't. If it's hard to start, you can say: "I've been having a really hard time, and I need to talk to someone."

About Aniko

Aniko and its AI tutor help you prepare for the SAT. They can't give counseling or emergency help, so please reach out to the people and services above.

An SAT score is one step, and you can take the test again. You matter far more than any score.
